This is a wonderful, caring, helpful, safe, and "hands on" school. The teachers are outstanding, helping each and every child. This school teaches independence, along with how to resolve problems. It teaches the children responsibility for their actions. Bullying is not tolerated. There are consequences for breaking rules.

It is wonderful how older children interact with younger children, acting as if they are big brothers/sisters. They help each other out. You don't see that in other schools. The children thrive in this environment.

Everyone has a vote in things and all votes count the same. Every voice Is heard. It's why this school is a success.

My daughter attended from age 13 to 18, and loved it. She went on to outrageous success in college, earning two degrees in four years plus working full-time as an E.R. nurse her senior year. She gained SO much from her time at The Circle School, from character, to love of learning, to life-long friends. Yes, the school's approach is unusual, but it's also unusually great.

The Circle School provides a safe and secure learning environment for my daughter. The traditional education system is designed to accommodate those in the middle of the bell curve. For students who fall outside that area, there is little offered. Our daughter is very focused on Art and Music and with the budget cuts, those programs have been pretty much eliminated from the public system. The Circle School has allowed her to pursue her interests instead of the curriculum developed by some semi-professional who has no clue about what our kids really NEED to learn.
