This is the best non profit agency I know. Providing necessary assistance for families in need and putting smiles in kids faces. They are amazing at what they do.
I love everything about this organization!
They are able to meet families in their home, where they can work on their long term and short term needs to be better parents..thus making a home a safe and nurturing environment to grow up in.

This program is so beneficial not just for the journey in the nicu but after ! It’s helpful for the whole family ! It’s support that you can’t get anywhere else ! These people become family and know you like no one else !! I recommend it to everyone whose experienced preemie life

I love the work that CHI does in my hometown. Child Abuse is so prevalent today and it’s awesome to see an organization who is proactive versus reactive.
I did not ever think I would have a baby admitted to the NICU with my 2nd pregnancy, but I did. This program helped me in many ways. I was worried about how I was going to meet my goal in breastfeeding my baby, this program provided me a loaner pump so I could give my baby expressed milk when I could not nurse. This program connected me with other moms in the NICU, and we helped watch each other babies when we could not be there. Most importantly it gave me an outlet, to freely express myself with out judgement, emotions of laughter, worries, disappointments, understanding, all excepted. This is a great program, my baby is now 8 months old and we are still breastfeeding!!! Thank you!!!
Amazing work that this organization does every day of the year. Especially during this hard times, they have not slowed down during the pandemic.

I am a volunteer mentor and I have been a part of the Children's Healing Institute family since December of 2017. I was attracted to the energy amongst everyone and how loving and kind the staff was upon me joining. It has been such a pleasure thus far to work hand in hand with other like-minded people who care so much about the healthiness and wellbeing of mother's and their children. Each and every staff member work extremely hard to be sure that the purpose of the organization and its mission is upheld. This program is amazing and I am proud to say that the guidance and training that I have received has assisted me within my relationships with my Mentees. I have gathered at different functions and I have participated at different organization events. However I must truly state, TCHI do all they can to make sure services are being provided to their clients. It takes one day at a time and one step at a time to help change the lives of someone. The children's healing institute is doing just that. I am proud to be a part of the family.
The children's healing Institute is a very amazing organization. My daughter was born at 28 weeks and they have helped us on our journey after the nicu tremendously. ! In our time of need they have supported us with home visits which turned us into family & in times like diapers were given without hesitation. I would definitely recommend any new mom or dad to join this group of amazing ladies
The teacup program is the best my daughter was born at 33 weeks and Mrs.Liana was there for us the entire time she is very kind she always checks up on me and my children shes very supportive & always willing to do anything to make sure my preemie baby had everything she needed. I would very much recommend this support group to anyone I know.

This program is an amazing program. They help you get through the NICU moments but it doesn’t stop there. Even after you leave NICU they help you as your journey continues because they know just because ewe are out of the NICU doesn’t mean they are all better.
Chelsey and her team do a great job in bringing NICU families together. This company does care and make a big effort to help healing and understanding the hardship of being a NICU parent. It’s really great program for new parents that are going through the same issues.
We understood there was a chance my identical twins would arrive early; but NICU wasn’t something we put a lot of thought into. In fact, I didn’t even buy premie clothes bc I kept affirming they’d make it to at least 37 weeks.
Things quickly changed and we found our new bundles in NICU. While the doctors and nurses in the NICU were wonderful and tender to us, nothing prepared us for what it was like to have preemie babies.
The educational materials the TEACUP program provideD us we’re ESSENTIAL to our journey as parents with preemies. Their support groups felt like hugs. When we needed a guiding light, TEACUP was there shining brightly.
I volunteered with this incredible organization after a friend invited me to one of their fundraising events and I was hooked ever since! I love the mission and the family-like culture the office holds. This organization and its staff hustle hard for their mission by always looking for new ways to impact the community and it shows!
I have been involved with Children's Healing Institute for over 2 years. The passion that the staff has for their clients is stellar. The fact that this is a preventative program that is laser in its mission is what we need in this world. I have been touched by working with these parents that are taking the steps to eliminate generational violence in the home. The Children's Healing Institute is a well run Exchange Club Child Abuse Prevention Center with focused programs, astute management dedicated to their causes, and excellent results. I have been directly and indirectly associated with the organization for the better part of 15 years serving on the Board for 7 years, and President for 4 years.
First as a consultant working with the CHI staff and now as a Board member, I have seen first-hand the incredible, and essential, work that the staff at CHI does. They passionately, effectively, and efficiently plan and organize their work in support of their critical mission of preventing the abuse of children. They approach this monumental task from several strategic, focused perspectives which ensures that they get maximum benefit from their efforts. Whether through the Teacup Preemie Program, the parent mentoring program or any of their other targeted programs, CHI provides an essential service to the children and families of our communities...the strengthening of families through support, education and mentoring.
I have served on the board for 5 years now. As current president, I can say first hand that we call this one of the "best kept secrets in Palm Beach County", ! Which of course we are working hard to change. With the mission of helping to create heathy families and protection of children, it is a great cause. The executive team is vibrant, hard working and passionate about the mission, The case workers dedication are unmatched.
