Mission: TO BUILD COMMUNITY CAPACITY TO END HOMELESSNESS AND REDUCE POVERTY, AND TO FOSTER THRIVING, INCLUSIVE COMMUNITIES. WE SUPPORT COMMUNITIES AND AGENCIES IN ESTABLISHING THE SYSTEMS AND PROGRAMS NEEDED TO HELP PEOPLE WHO ARE HOMELESS OR AAT-RISK ACHIEVE HOUSING STABILITY, IMPROVE HEALTH AND WELLNESS, MAXIMIZE ECONOMIC SELF-SUFFICIENCY, AND RECLAIM THEIR DIGNITY

My name is Miguel Donoso, we are the Hispanic Task Force, from Stanislaus County, are issus with the Continuum of Care, from this County, we believe that this County CoC, have many issus :, in the Agendas , do not have , Public Coments, do not have, the Brown Act., the Rober's Rules of Orden,in the Bords of Directors or Cauncil, of th CoC, are Employee from the County, in the same Board , are Non-Profect Agencis, we the Conflict of Interest and many time do not know if are a Quorum, !.please we need your healp and advices from your organization . Note: in the Board of the CoC, do not have Gender Representetion, Youth, Stunentes and Minorietes and Low-income, plus homeless!.
