Nonprofit Overview
Mission: The Bland Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) charity based in Northern Virginia. Our mission is to help cancer survivors focus on their overall wellbeing by reducing the burden of the financial challenges they will have after treatment ends.
Target demographics: Cancer Survivors and Cancer Patients starting treatment
Direct beneficiaries per year: Last year we give 225 Cancer Care Kits to Cancer Patient starting treatment.

Programs: Our first project is The Bland Project ( Cancer Care Kits). All are specifically tailored to help and support those who are beginning their treatments. Our program is The Bland Cancer Survivorship, Our benefits are for cancer survivors that has completed treatment and are in need of temporary assistance, so they can focus on living. My first program is The Bland Cancer Survivorship, its focus is to provide cancer survivors assistance with their basic living expenses.
