Programs: SELF-ADVOCATES OF THE SUSQUEHANNA VALLEY DREAM (Discovering Resources to Explore and Achieve your Mission) Helpful technology that will allow you you communicate and achieve AT WORK Day program visits from the self-advocates that will help you with life-goals COMMUNITY LEARNING INSTITUTE NIGHTS Learn a wide variety of Arts: Karaoke, crafts, cooking, art and more LEARNING INSTITUTE 1 ON 1 Make an appointment with a self-advocate leader to assist you with all your learning needs OTHER ARC PROGRAMS AMPES (Arc Meeting Place Place for Expanding and Sharing) An evening program of activities and socialization in 6 area communities: Berwick, Bloomsburg, Milton, Selinsgrove, Shamokin and Sunbury STEP (Student Transition Education Program) Students ages 13 through 21 participate in learning that will enhance growth and development while maintaining and growing personal dignity and uniqueness BRIDGE A year long employment readiness program for individuals ages 18-30. Participants will discover strengths, explore interests, learn soft-skills, develop a resume, practice interviewing, network with employers and more REPRESENTATIVE PAYEE For those needing assistance to manage finances. A program that will disburse funds and manage assets SOCIAL & RECREATION Exciting events and trips that enrich the lives of our self-advocates and their friends and loved ones SUMMER CAMP A long-time tradition of the Arc, each July-August participants will experience the joy only our warmest season can offer. Open to ages 12-21
