Mission: The Arc, Fayette is a community resource and a provider of home, community and facility-based services with particular emphasis on individuals with disabilities and their families. We are committed to developing the potential and enhancing the quality of life of the people we serve. We do this by respecting individual rights, promoting opportunities for choice and empowerment, and striving for equality and inclusion in the community.

I have been employed with this agency since January 2023. The primary goal is to serve and aid clients with intellectual disabilities to find opportunities to thrive in the community and in every-day life. Our days are not complete unless we've helped someone.

Arc is amazing place to be there passionate about what they. Do been awesome to make friends and make memories. They are blessing in my life wouldn't trade it for anything can't thank them enough for all they do for me. Would be lost without them. Be able to be independent and have there support is awesome love u all many blessings to u all
