Mission: To provide care, treatment, counseling, and rehabilitation for persons suffering from alcohol and other substance abuse problems in the state of hawaii.
Programs: Residential and outpatient treatment, counseling, and rehabilitation of persons suffering from alcohol/drug addiction and its related problems. The number of clients served in the adult and teen care program was 2,507 and the prevention project alert program served 2,028 clients.
