Mission: Texas Junior Anglers, founded in 2001, is an outreach program designed to educate young Texans regarding aquatic stewardship and conservation of our natural resources. In addition, TJA strives to foster strong community relationships, and enable all children regardless of race, gender, age, economic status, or physical/mental abilities to benefit from an outdoor recreational activity. TJA's goal is to increase participant's knowledge of the environment, build self-esteem and help develop appropriate problem-solving skills.
