Mission: To create a healthier future for children and women throughout our global community by leading in patient care, education and research.
Programs: Providing a concentration of skills and resources necessary for the diagnosis and treatment of ill children from birth through adolescence. Total patient encounters for the year ended 09/30/2017 were 87,246. During fy 2017, texas children's urgent care (tcuc) introduced 9,760 new families to the texas children's network, approximately 11% of total visits. Tcuc added 2 new sites in fy 2017, tcuc fairfield and tcuc heights. We also began planning for the opening of 4 additional sites in fy 2018, including 1 in austin and 1 located at our west campus hospital.
