housing and financial empowerment services - programs help customers build financial security through education, and to secure affordable, revitalized and safe housing options. Array of services include housing rehabilitation, transitional and permanent housing support, energy assistance. Financial empowerment program encompasses one-on-one counseling and coaching and group workshops on mortgage protection, homebuyer, and renter education, personal finance and budgeting.
