I have watched for many years this foundation set out to help others. Wether it be giving away free swim lessons, or offering them to the community where it’s not accessible, hosting galas and walks that provides education to families, or just simply supporting others. My experience with Team Kareem was truly life-changing. The staff was compassionate, professional, and always available to answer our questions or address any concerns about the importance of water safety and drowning prevention.They guided us through every step of the process, providing us with personalized events to show how to prevent drowning and a sense of hope in case something happens. I truly appreciate what this foundation is about and what it stands for. I lost my nephew who I loved to a drowning, it was the negligence of the adults, but most importantly the lack of awareness. This foundation headed off by Arkeisha has brought to the forefront the many issues that can save many lives and prevent water related tragedies. I absolutely love and appreciate this nonprofit because it’s more than just a foundation, but their purpose is more heartfelt and personal. Everything they do is done with compassion & care. It’s almost as if their my own family!

Even though most of her events are in Orlando she will still help find lessons in CPR in your area, but still manages to hold virtual walks. She helps with finding lessons and CPR in your area. she also sells floating devices. and she holds an annual walk that provides education and in remembrance of all the childhood drowning victims annually.

I love this foundation! They are very caring and very proactive. The owner was very attentive to my concerns about water safety and helped my daughter find a swimming lesson in our area. We need more foundations like TKMF !

The Team Kareem Memorial Foundation is one of the greatest nonprofits I have seen serving the youth here in Central Florida. They have hosted a ton of swimming and drowning prevention lessons to the youth as well as adults. They have also donated to other nonprofits within the same county that I serve.

Water related accidents (drowning) happens at the blink of an eye. This non profit organization goes above and beyond to assist with educating families and schools on the importance of being safe around water. In addition, they have provided many individuals/families with swimming vouchers so they can learn how to swim and remain safe around water. Team Kareem Memorial Foundation continues to raise awareness so that no family would not have to experience what this young mother has endured. The fear of losing a child or a loved one is heartbreaking and with this organizations strong commitment to provide water safety awareness, I believe we can combat these tragedies one community at a time. Supporting this organization is near and dear to my heart and I will continue to support this amazing young lady and organization.

Having a pool in our backyard, I appreciate that I will now have peace of mind knowing that my little guy will have the skills to save himself if he ever fell in. Her story is heartbreaking but her ability to take such a personal loss and turn it into an educational experience for others takes a special person. Keisha's goal to teach young children how to prevent drowning should be one shared by everyone. No family should have to go through that, and just a few lessons can help save lives. Please, share the information. Be aware of your children and grandchildren when you're around water. Don't just assume someone else is watching them. It only takes a few seconds to change a family forever.

Team Kareem Memorial foundation is doing an amazing job bringing awareness to the community. Being new to the community and having small children we quickly became aware of the foundation. Keisha the owner has personally encouraged me and my children to learn how to swim as a preventative measure which was sponsored by the foundation. Prevention remains the best treatment and this organization has been just that. In addition to providing education, swimming, water safety lessons and pool fencing education, this mother has increased her territory by adding a book for younger children and group talks to encourage others to join the movement to prevent water related accidents. Team Kareem is a non.profit that is needed it does a great job educating parents and children about water safety.

They made it possible for my son to go from never taking his feet off the floor of the pool, to being more relaxed, to beginning floating, swimming, adding all together the many parts of swimming like moving arms, kicking legs, keeping face in water, and moving. There is so much to learning how to swim! My son is well on his way to swimming 100%. He has had only 5 weeks of classes, but the difference is incredible.

Such a vital part of life, swimming should be required of every child, like learning to walk.

This organization is helping to save children’s lives, to give them crucial tools to help them save their own lives if faced with a crisis. How wonderful is that?
