Mission: Since its establishment in September of 2000, the Tampa Bay Dream Center's commitment has been to meeting the needs of poor neighborhoods in Tampa. First identifying and then meeting each specific need of the community fulfilled this commitment. The Dream Center understands that a community will not improve until the individual residents of that community have been helped. This focus on meeting the personal needs of each individual and family in impoverished communities is one of the features that have made The Dream Center unique.
