Mission: Minnesota tamil sangam is a member based, non-profit organization formed exclusively for charitable, cultural, educational purposes of promoting tamil culture to tamil community in the state of minnesota within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as now enacted or hereafter amended, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that also qualify as section 501(c)(3) exempt organizations. Mnts tamil school is a weekend language school founded in 2008 by a group of tamil enthusiasts, with the prime goal of providing quality tamil language education to our younger generation. Our structured and methodological approach to language education is reinforced through our syllabus, classroom model, dedicated teacher volunteers, comprehensive evaluations and a zealous school board.
Programs: All most 2000 adults and 300 kids were benefited. This cultural organization exhibits and demonstrate the cultural values and teach the values to the next generation. And also demonstrated different art forms. Conducted arts workshop in 2017 which benefitted 40 artists and 1300 audience. This has been made possible by grant from minnesota state arts board and liberal donation by dr dash foundation.
