Mission: The foundation is a non-profit organization in the United States of America. The foundation maintains a neutral position on politics and religion in the United States and Taiwan. The Foundation has set up a Taiwan Center for all friends from Taiwan or interested in Taiwanese American culture. It provides an ideal place for activities, promotes cultural exchange, helps understand American society, enhances the quality of life, and together builds harmony and success.

Programs: To promote an awareness of all aspects of the taiwanese american culture throughout the community with events that highlight the art, music, language, culture and history. Events such as the taiwanese american heritage week, yam newsletter, various seminars and classes. To improve the general welfare of the community by offering scholarships and summer school classes to students and senior citizen programs such as health, aerobic, computer, cooking, other programs such as professor exchange program, concerts, community health programs and donation to various charitable organizations.
