Causes: Chambers of Commerce & Business Leagues
Mission: Sacc-detroit is a regional chamber under the national organization - sacc usa (www. Sacc-usa. Org). Our mission is to enhance trade, commerce, and investment between the detroit region and sweden. Since our inception in 1988, we have grown to over 150 members in a strong networking organization with expertise in several business areas. We also act in a liaison capacity to gather information and contacts from michigan government and trade organizations.
Programs: The golf outing promotes business between sweden and michigan. Many members invite vendors/customers. The interaction between members and nonmembers promotes business opportunities, networking and encourages introductions amongst all golfers and dinner participants.
luncheons and dinner meetings are well attended events that offer an informative speaker to speak on a topic of interest to the swedish-american business community. It provides a networking opportunity, thereby promoting business between sweden and michigan.
