Mission: Susan's legacy serves women with co-occurring mental and addictive disorders (cod). The services include intensive case management, psycho- education groups, including 12-step empowerment recovery groups, life skills education, and substance abuse assessment and counseling. The goal of this program is to grow participant's skills, as they become independent, self-supporting, contributing community members.

The goal of this program is to grow participants' skills, as they become independent, self- supporting, contributing community members. During 2014/2015 susan's legacy served a total of 42 clients with these services.
