This complex is run by the Supportive Housing Coalition of NM. I am terrorized, physically assaulted, stalked, and otherwise abused on a daily basis. I repeatedly tried to get help but my complaints have been blatantly ignored. The Board of Directors and the building Management have been unresponsive. At no time has my safety and well-being been addressed.

My rent increased $25 per month in a 6 month period.

I have been repeatedly lied to by management regarding safety issues and related harassment/stalking issues.

The “golf course” is owned by the City and not the complex, there is approximately one operable washing machine, no “planned social events”, no “multi-use room” – many other things touted as being included simply are not.

There have been two serious fires within a six month period and at least one major SWAT standoff.

The condition of the apartments is horrendous. There is/has been a bed bug problem. The atmosphere and general environment is unhealthy.

The New Mexico Supportive Housing Coalition is a nonprofit organization that absolutely should not be allowed to continue to oversee the welfare of anyone, much less the homeless, elderly, disabled or anyone else for that matter.
