One should support militaries because they stick it out in bullet rains for national and international issues while we watch the normal falling rain sitting in our cozy houses and flats
When is the nonsensical world going to change?

100% dedicated to supporting the troops. Bob Williams' dedication is amazing. The community and corporate support he gets from Tampa Bay is great. The biggest need most of the time is $ for postage. He is so open and honest about it, even tells you to write your check out directly to USPS so you know this is directly supporting our troops and not his organization. Love Support the Troops, Inc.

I am the chapter president of Greater Tampa Bay Blue Star Mothers, a non-profit national veterans service organization comprised of mothers who have/had children serving in our military. We both volunteer to help at this organization with packing boxes, and are also the recipients of donated items which we send in care packages to both deployed military as well as wounded warriors in the WTU (warrior transition unit) in Landstuhl, and distribute to our local homeless women veterans shelter. Support The Troops is just an amazing organization, and their non-stop support of our military and veterans is truly impressive! Every item and dime they get goes 100% towards our military and veterans, and the amount of time and love that the "full time volunteers" put into making this a successful organization is truly inspiring! I highly encourage people to volunteer and donate to this cause...rest assured that you WILL be making a difference in more ways than you could know to so many people!

The men and women that volunteer their time to this endeavor are exceptional! Their professionalism, passion, and resourcefulness is displayed every day when one of their packages makes it to the hand of a Servicemember deployed in harms way. Support the Troops Inc provides a much needed taste of home to Service Members deployed around the globe and does an outstanding job resourcing, packaging, and shipping comfort items!

SUPPORT THE TROOPS INC. is an outstanding nonprofit organization. I signed up on their website so I can receive a personal care package here in Kuwait. I received not one but two large boxes filled to its entirety of chocolates, cookies, chips, gum, popcorn, trail mixes, coffee, etc. I have enough to supply the whole office with snacks. Thank you so much for all your support and time to prepare and send these wonderful care packages! God bless you all.

As a retired military person, I have seen how Support the Troops has touched and made a difference in many lives of active duty military and veterans in Florida and around the world. I personally know many groups, teams, and individuals that have directly benefitted from this well-run organization!

Bob Williams and his amazing team of volunteers provided outstanding support to me and my soldiers while deployed to Iraq in 2010. I was so impressed that my family and I visited their location in Wesley Chapel, Florida to personally thank them for their support and to see their operation. We were so humbled by their dedication to our deployed troops and the efficiency by which they carry out their mission, that we became donors to their cause. Fast forward three years and I find myself back in Afghanistan for the second time and they have continued to amaze me with the size of their CARE packages and the quality of the items that they provide. We continue to donate to their efforts so that more of our deployed troops will be able to experience the joy of receiving some of their packages. Our thoughts and prayers are with Bob as he works to recover from an injury suffered while building packages to send to our troops!

Bob and his team are the best for making sure our Troops get packages. Our son was very thankful for the packages he received while in Iraq on both tours which he shared with his friends. If you want to donate to a organization this is the one it's for real and our Troops greatly appreciate the packages. You can walk in and donate items and our family has many times.

This organization is run by volunteers in order that 100% of the donations are realized by our fighting men and women overseas.
It was my pleasure to spend my morning packing goodie boxes for our troops and look forward to doing so again.
Thanks for your service.

Support The Troops is a great nonprofit. They don't only send things to troops, but they also send a lot of things overseas to schools, hospitals and others in need. These guys (and gals) are the real deal and in it for all the right reasons. Five stars awesome people and cause.

An amazing organization. They are strictly volunteer based and ask for nothing in return for their services. When they receive a donation, they try to trade with other companies and organizations until they get back what the soldiers need. For example, they might get a pallet of blenders. They will contact a company that needs blenders and in return get a pallet of coffee. They then package the coffee and send it to the troops. So cool!

I believe their name says it all because that is what they do… “support our troops.” This organization goes out into the community and gets hundreds of business parterres to donate anything and everything they can. These wonderful people work to make contacts, answer letters from soldiers, packing and shipping these care packages to the brave men and women who defend our freedom on the front lines daily. They do this out of the goodness of the hearts with very little gratitude in return . A lot of people have never heard of them before. They do this hard work solely for the personal satisfaction of knowing they are doing a wonderful thing for someone far away that just wants to be reminded a little of home. I applaud everyone in your organization and I know there are soldiers everywhere that would love to personally shake your hand in appreciation for all you do.

This charity is an amazing machine. They have a warehouse near Tampa, FL where then keep thousands upon thousands of donations from companies all over the nation. They take all these donations and and make care packages out of them, and ship them to our troops in the worst areas ever: Kyrgyz Republic, Kuwait, Iraq...the list goes on.
They use nearly every penny donated for shipping costs, which are not covered by the government (of course), or to purchase "special order" items, when troops request things they cannot get permission for, like toilet seats for their toilets. (Real example).
Their website takes every "suggest a soldier" address that gets entered, and puts them on a list of people to ship to. Their package usually goes out in a matter of days.
Their staff is 100% volunteer. Cool people from the community, Vets who know about and believe in their cause, plus church groups, work groups, boy and girl scouts, etc.. all come together to take turns assembling the care packages. They organize all the volunteer groups coming in daily, all the donation deliveries from companies that show up completely unexpectedly on their doorstep (but they don't look a gift horse in the mouth!) not to mention the hundreds of packages going out their door every single day. It's like clockwork, and amazing to watch when it's done so humbly and for such a good cause.
