Super Stars changes lives when it matters most - early! The dedicated staff help underperforming at-risk students in K-2 develop the literacy and social skills needed for lifelong learning and achievement. And there's research that shows that students who cannot read proficiently by 3rd grade continue to lag behind and are unlikely to graduate from high school, which has far reaching consequences on a wide range of issues that our country struggles with today including unemployment and crime.

My parents immigrated to the US with little but instilled in me the value of education. I was lucky enough to go to good schools and be a strong reader at a young age, which made it easier to learn everything else in life. Not everyone else is so lucky, but Super Stars helps gives kids the chance they deserve to have the skills to learn and the chance to control their own destiny.

Keep up the great work!
