Mission: Inspire individuals with disabilities to discover their limitless potential. Our organization does this through high quality and compassionate services including, vocational evaluation and tranining, adult education, job placement, supported employment, residential assisted living.
Programs: Adult day training (adt) provides vocational training and adult education - these services provide work readiness training in the form of light assembly, manufacturing, refurbishing, bulk mailing, collating, packaging, etc. As well as instruction in basic academics including computer training and preparation for high school equivalency exam. This program also provides training and support for individuals with more significant disabilities who require assistance with personal care, positioning, eating, etc. With focus on social skills development. We serve about 356 individuals in this program, staff to participant ratio varies from 1:3, 1:5 and 1:10.
residential services - this program provides individuals with supervised care in licensed residential settings. Individuals live semi-independently and are assisted by staff to arrange medical appointments and care, plan and prepare meals, access their community for employment, recreational activities, and other activities of daily living such as laundry, personal hygiene, money management, etc. Individuals are also provided with guidance and support to learn appropriate social skills. We serve 32 individuals in this program.
evaluation and employment program - this program specializes in providing individuals with various types of disabilities with assistance with developing resumes, job search activities, conducting mock interviews, assisatnce with completing and submitting job applications and job coaching once employment is secured. These services are provided to assist individuals in securing and maintaining employment. This program serves 47 individuals and is provided 100% by subcontracted providers.
