Certainly, here's a variation:

During my five-year association with this establishment, I was dismayed by the glaring lack of both professionalism and ethics in the workplace. The burden of exhaustive work hours, often stretching between 50-70+ hours a week, coupled with an expectation of uncompromising availability, is unreasonable.

The treatment of staff by management is far from commendable. There is a concerning tolerance for unscrupulous behaviors. Employees indulging in prohibited activities are not dealt with appropriately, but merely shuffled to other locations. Worryingly, allegations of abuse towards clients by the PS go uninvestigated, possibly due to certain internal alliances.

To add to this distressing atmosphere, some of the parents display blatant prejudice, resorting to racial slurs and unfounded accusations against employees. During my tenure, I was subjected to instances of blatant homophobia.

I was deeply troubled when an incident involving a client showing physical harm was overlooked and not diligently probed. Additionally, the state of some of the homes is pitiable, lacking basic cleanliness and maintenance.

For those prioritizing their mental and physical well-being, and personal time, I'd strongly advise a careful evaluation before taking up a position here. This recount is not intended as slander but a reflection of my genuine experiences.

I have seen this organization do amazing things for people with disabilities. The attitude is always to find what they can do and how people can benefit.
