I see that this place has one review and that it is a bad one. I for one LOVE these people! We had hit a rough patch with money a while back but still needed to get my two large dogs fixed. They did both of my dogs and their vaccinations for a very low cost. They were very nice and I felt my animals were cared for. My old dog kept biting and licking his incision and it began to bleed slightly. They had no problem with me bringing him back in to be looked at. I would definitely recommend them. In fact, I liked them so much that my two newest pups are going to get fixed there next week!
I was very unpleased with the quality of conditions in this business. First, you walk in to a line of people waiting to sign papers and pay. The workers simply do not put any effort into making you feel comfortable with leaving your pet with them. I walked out in tears I was so upset with how they treated my animal. They simply acted as if she was just another spay but I believe that is an indication that these employees do not have a passion for what they are doing. Well, turns out I ended up paying a $120 vet bill because three days after I had my dog home (I did everything the instructions said ex. no running or jumping around activities) her incision began to open and bleed. When I took her to her primary vet he was baffled of how careless the surgery was done. My puppy had to be on antibiotics and pain medications after being spayed at this clinic. Now, I have found a lump on my puppy's incision that started out small but it growing in size so I am assuming it is just another surgical mistake. I understand this organization is extremely helpful for people because I for one was not expecting to turn around and have to pay a larger vet bill than it would have cost to just get her fixed by a caring veterinarian. I strongly urge whoever is considering getting their animal spayed her will weigh the pros and cons.
