I am Rabbi Klapper's daughter. He runs a program called the Center for Modern Torah Leadership. While I was not actively involved in the program, I feel that I made friends with most of the other people there. While there I saw the most oustanding example of a community that I have ever been fortunate to see. (I'm very glad I didn't go to summer camp!)
Attending the Summer Beit Midrash program, I was offered the opportunity to learn on an extremely high level with a people who truly cared about Judaism. I learned not only Torah and how to learn it, but I learned to appreciate it and revel in it on a deeper level than ever before.
