I went to a tryout lately, and the club is just really unfair. Before they evaluated players in every area, they already gave the spots to the players from last season, there was no point to the tryout at all. It was really unfair as I actually did really well in all the drills but the coaches were calling names and talking with the players and giving them advice. Plus the pricing is insane, they claimed their coaches are the best in the region, but when I tried to talk to one of the coaches, they straight up ignored me. Wasted my time.

Mission: Sudden impact's mission is to provide the best training for junior volleyball players in the puget sound region. We believe a competitive athletic experience will enhance social development, contribute to mental and physical health, and teach the values of teamwork, responsibility, self-discipline, and self-motivation. We strive to take each player to a higher level of competitiveness while maintaining her love for the game.
Programs: Formed 11 club teams comprised of a total of 136 players and gave them the opportunity to train and compete at the highest levels of junior club volleyball. Each team started practicing in december and began their tournament playing schedule in january. Teams practiced 2 times a week on average and competed in weekend tournaments a minimum of twice per month for either 5 or 6 months depending on their age. The club earned two usa volleyball junior national bids at national qualifiers. The club also offered summer camps and skills clinics in the puget sound region filled to a record 94% capacity; and also provided a significantly increase in private training to players.
increased the number of instructional lessons to the public; made improvements to the gym; and increased responsibilities of, and compensation to, the director of coaching position to provide a greater presence in the facility, increase year-round youth programs, and develop a training program for our coaches.
