Hello there! I’m a paraprofessional here at Success Academy. I’m very pleased to be apart of this amazing team. Students are one of many reasons I look forward to coming to school. I couldn’t have asked for a better team than the staff at Success Academy.

The administration is open minded and think outside the box to make Success Academy a successful educational experience for our students. Our school is committed to the whole child. We teach value lessons, leadership, and communication skills.

This is my second year as a paraprofessional at Success academy. It is a great school filled with some of the best educators and staff members. The support given from staff and the school in general is phenomenal.

This is my 3nd year working as a para in Success Academy. I really enjoy my work by seen a wonderful young faces every morning. They are look like the sun rising in the east!!

I'm Sara Aden, the EL teacher at Success Academy for three years now. Success Academy is a place where strong relationships are a priority – with students, teachers, parents, and the community. The collaboration between the teaching staff and administration is remarkable, driven by a shared passion for our students' success. This is my 3rd year teaching as a 1st grade teacher at Success Academy. I have made so many great relationships with students, families, and staff. Our teachers and staff truly care for the students and always strive to create engaging and hands on learning experiences.

My name is Mariah Epps and I have been the 3rd grade teacher at Success Academy for the past 6 years. The students and staff at the school are amazing. Students come to school each day ready and eager to learn. Staff meet the students where they are at and help them get to where they need to be. Our parents are extremely involved and supportive as well. I treasure the relationships that I've been able to build with students, staff members, and families. The students know that this is a place where they're respected, loved, and valued as individuals. We laugh and learn together. I'm proud to call Success Academy my place of work, but also a part of my home.

This is my first year here as a fourth-grade teacher and the school is clearly centered around relationships. Whether that be with students and staff, staff and parents, or a different combination, the school values the opinions of everyone. People from each group want to be involved and that helps students succeed each day.

My name is Ahmed Hudle, I've been working at success academy for over three years now as Dean of students/Parent liaison. This school has touched so many children's lives and has educated them for five years. I'm proud to be a staff member at a school that truly cares about serving an under served community. Success Academy prides itself on working towards closing the education gap in Minnesota.

My name is Alicia, and I am the fourth grade teacher at Success Academy. The most powerful thing about this school is that they believe every child can succeed! The staff and administration all work to make sure that happens. The school community strives to make everyone feel appreciated and heard. This has been the perfect place to continue my journey as an educator, and I am excited to see my students be given hands on opportunities to grow in their learning.

Hello, my name is Heidi Jarmuz and I teach math and science to the middle school students at Success Academy. I have found the administrators, staff, and fellow teachers at Success Academy to be extremely supportive of one another, our students and their families. Success Academy promotes hands on learning with a focus on students understanding of concepts rather than memorizing facts. I feel priviledged to be a part of the Success Academy family.

My name is Erin Lynch, it is my first year teaching at Success Academy and I teach 6th and 7th grade ELA and social studies. In my time here I have had positive experiences working with students, support staff, other teachers and administration. Everyone works hard to make sure that our students are learning and getting the tools they will need to succeed once they leave our school. Success Academy has a very supportive environment and I feel very privileged to be apart of our school community.

I am the kindergarten teacher at Success Academy. I am proud to teach at a school full of professionals who are dedicated to the success of our students. I love being able to teach the students in our school and form relationships with them, and their families, through family-school interactions such as; parent reading days, tapping maple trees and making maple syrup, our school gardens, all school assemblies, and after school art and sports programs. Our team of teachers, administration, and support staff have one goal in mind at Success Academy, and that is making sure our students thrive. We are able to offer our students a STEM rich curriculum with our partnerships with Three Rivers Parks District, our MN Bee program, Science with the Scientists as well as many others. Success Academy is a school where students thrive and grow!

Hi. My name is Elias Ali and I am the Arabic Teacher with Success Academy. I enjoy working with Success Academy because of the people. The staff and administration work hard to provide a caring and affirming environment for our students so that they are on a pathway to Success. Here students are challenged to reach their academic potential; that's why I'm happy to be apart of the Success Academy team.

My name is Zahra Ismail. I have been working with Success Academy for almost five years . I work as a Para professional helping students ranging from kindergarten to the 2nd grade. I enjoy developing academic skills for the young children. For those who need help I spend the time with them to make sure that they comprehend the daily lessons with the directions of the teachers. On the other the hand, I challenge the one who is ahead of the class by giving them extra work. I enjoy working at Success Academy because the administration is focused on the success of the students, by providing extra academic support during the school hours and after school as well .

My name is Tanner Goslin and I have been a teacher here at Success academy for the past 5 years. I currently teach Physical Education to all the students that we serve as well as serving on the board for the past 4 years. Success Academy is a great place to work. Whether it be the staff and sense of community that has been fostered at the school or the understanding and easy to talk to administrators. But the most important and best thing about any school is the students. It has been a pleasure and honor to work with our student base. Working with our students has been such a helpful experience. They have progressed my own teaching and opened me to cultures that I did not have a lot of exposure to before. It also makes me feel better knowing that I am helping serve a typically underserved population and knowing that I am making a difference with the education of our future. Working at Success has built my confidence, overall teaching skills, and even helped build my friendships and sense of community. I wouldn’t trade my experience at the school for anything.

Hi! My name is Judi-Anne Ali-Sinner. I am the English Language Development Teacher at Success Academy. My role is to support linguistically and culturally diverse students with the social and academic demands of the English language at school. Our school has a supportive and caring staff who work hard to help all of our students succeed.

My name is Ms. Carroll and I am the fifth grade teacher at Success Academy. This is my third year at the school, and have enjoyed my time here. The staff and students are great! Everyday the staff comes to school with an energy to help our students become the best learners and people they can be! Success Academy is a wonderful school is that constantly working hard and doing the best we can for our students and their families. One of the best parts of working at Success Academy, is all the fun activities our school offers to our students. We have a robotics club where students meet weekly to learn about coding and building a robot. Each year we collect sap and the students are able to see the process of how maple syrup is made from the very beginning from tapping trees to the very end product of syrup. This year we had bee hives for the students to see as well. All of these experiences are great for our students and they love every minute!

My name is Joe Lopez, or Mr. Lopez depending on who you ask, and I am a special education teacher at Success Academy. It is my role to make sure that every student, regardless of ability has access to an education at Success Academy. And that is something I believe we do a great job of. The entire administration team, teaching staff and support staff members, all care about the group and individual success of all our our students. It is a great place to work and I am happy to be a part of this growing school.
