Programs: Suburban hospitals, inc. Was incorporated so that the founding hospitals may cooperatively engage in collective activities for the benefit of all member hospitals. The corporation will develop appropriate resources that will aid member hospitals in the negotiations of contracts, analysis and market opportunities and other similar services which are not currently available or which cannot be easily provided by a single hospital. Suburban membership consists of seven not-for-profit hospitals, which serve communities throughout central indiana in providing quality health care services.
