Mission: To improve the quality of life for individuals with developmental and other disabilities through activities of individual service coordination, case management, and community education.
Programs: Medical waiver: screening, evaluation, assessment, referral, follow-up and related services in connection with early intervention program for children with developmental and physical disabilities.
child and family connections: starting point for all children who are under the age of three and who may have developmental delays.
pre admission screening: provision of prior authorization for all individuals for whom there is a reasonable basis to suspect the presence of a developmental disability who request medicaid-funded services or nursing facility services.
