During my five-month internship in Guatemala, I worked with many of the leaders of CTM. They are passionate and devoted to serving the grassroots leaders who are serving selflessly in their own communities. CTM provides a supportive community to these leaders, encouraging them and doing what they can to help the leaders serve to their greatest capacity.
