I am a 100% disabled USAF veteran. I care very much about our defenders be it military, police or fireman
I would love to give you a blanket I made Strictly for you

My son’s a DC Fire Fighter and Volunteer’s at New Market and they get a blanket from me at every banquet
I love to see their expressions and tears because I appreciate what they do for Us.

I’ve been a recurring donor for about half a year now and I am extremely proud to be one. I could not think of a greater organization to donate to. To be able to support the men and women who risk their lives for our country is a privilege.
My name is Helen Haynie. My wonderful husband Abner Haynie. We have a son David Haynie who served his military career in Hawaii where he developed melanoma skin cancer.
My husband has stage 4 liver cancer. He is taking nuclear radiation through BWMC Dr. Markan. He has journey through this terrible disease going on 6 years. Doc said only God knows why he is still here.
I am now stricken with covid 19. I was hospitalized in Washington covid hospital and just released to go home. I was contagious free 12/11/2021. Im watching tv, as only thing i can do at this time. Reabilitation is long and tedious. We are forver in debt. We will unfortunately due in debt but feel fortunate we still have each other. We dont have much but know how hardships can mentaly strain you. So we want to give $11 a month to help someone worse then us. No one can help us. Ty for all you do for our military and first defenders. Also i had both my Phifer shots before getting this virus.
MY husband passed this September, and I was given the name Tunnel to Towers Foundation for those who wanted to donate to a cause instead of flowers. I was not familiar with the foundation; therefore I researched online and realized that my husband would favor my choice because it was what he stood for, the military, our first responders, policing and security , etc... in his lifetime he had partaken in all of these. He worked in security - ending his employment at 81 years old due to covid rstrictions.
I'm happy and appreciate those who did donate to this foundation in memory of my husband. And I did receive a letter of notification for each and everyone that did so from the Foundation - I was happy the Foundation did this so that I could thank the donors personally plus having the knowledge that the Foundation was using the contributions as intended. Go online and read the wonderful and heartfelt stories of people they helped and supported.
