Mission: The services and programs of Step Forward Activities have been established to provide a variety of services including, Day Program, Residential Services, and Supported Living opportunities to people with varying levels of intellectual/developmental disabilities or other barriers to employment and living situations. Step Forward Activities Inc. believes that in order to meet the needs of the people we serve it is essential that goals be clear, person-centered. The staff, management, and Board of Directors of Step Forward Activities Inc., are dedicated and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of persons with varying levels of ability.
Target demographics: Intellectually and Developmentally disabled individuals
Direct beneficiaries per year: approximately 35 people work towards their goals.
Geographic areas served: Baker County, Oregon
Programs: 24 hour residential group homes, Supported Living, and Day Program activities. Services are tailored to a person's needs and desires, with a goal of pursuing independence, a place in the community, and a life that belongs to the individual.
