I can't say enough good things about the "Stay In The Fight" veterans foundation! Their recent addition of horse equine therapy to the VALOR program is a fantastic integration that’s proving to be incredibly beneficial for our veterans.

The dedication of the board members is truly commendable; their focus is on the cause rather than accolades. It’s inspiring to see such genuine concern for the well-being of those who have served our country. I really appreciate how 100% of donations go directly to supporting the foundation’s initiatives.

One of the standout features of this program is the opportunity for participants to have their records expunged, allowing them to start fresh. These men and women have proudly served, and it's vital we stand behind them.

The scope of the program is impressive, covering everything from mental health rehabilitation and managing daily stresses in civilian life to transitional housing and job placement. Plus, their commitment to post-program follow-up is remarkable—truly embodying the ethos of "no man left behind."

If you’re looking for a worthy cause to support, I wholeheartedly encourage you to get involved with "Stay In The Fight." They truly are making a real difference in the lives of our veterans!

I was recently invited to the ranch to see the Stay In The Fight program in action, and the experience was nothing short of transformative. Watching a group of veterans, rebuild their confidence, and find renewed purpose showed me the real, tangible difference this initiative makes. As someone who values meaningful impact, I left the ranch deeply inspired and absolutely convinced that our company must fully support this extraordinary mission.

With over 40K non-profit organizations dedicated to veterans and military spouses, sometimes the space can be very diluted and at many times very transactional. I have worked in that space for over a decade, and when I left the nonprofit space, I promised myself that I would get involved with an organization that aligned with my values personally, professionally, and spiritually. The first day that I met the leadership of this organization, I felt a serendipitous alignment with them, and wanted to learn more. A month later, I was asked to join the Board of Directors.

The thing that stands out to me the most, is that the leaders of the organization are not in it for a resume bullet, a cool social media post, or a "look at me" point of view. Every person from the top all the way to the ranch hands that assist the organization all have the same mission. To take care of those that served our great nation with honor and distinction. This organization is different, and in a good way. Rebuilding veterans who are justice involved, and working hard to reassimilate themselves back into society! In fact, the company I work for, has already hired one of these veterans to a full time role, because we saw the impact the Stay in the Fight Veterans Foundation made in her.

I'm Dr. Kyle Knapp – a disabled veteran here in the McKinney, Texas area, and also a proud member of the Board for the Stay in the Fight Veteran Foundation. I want to be transparent about my role because it underscores why I give this organization my strongest possible endorsement: 5 stars. I didn't just lend my name; I joined the leadership because I profoundly believe in the essential, life-changing work being done here.

My personal mission is intensely focused on improving the quality of life for my fellow veterans and helping prevent recidivism. I'm acutely aware that our community faces higher incidences of addiction, certain diseases, and tragically, suicide. I've seen – and understand – how one bad day coupled with a difficult decision can spiral into devastating consequences for those navigating life after service.

From my position on the board, I see firsthand, week in and week out, how Stay in the Fight directly confronts these challenges. This isn't just about offering programs; it's about building that crucial support system. I witness the dedication behind the scenes, the thoughtful allocation of resources, and the unwavering commitment to providing tangible help, vital camaraderie, and empathetic understanding. This organization acts as a genuine lifeline.

Stay in the Fight actively fosters the connection and positive pathways needed to combat the isolation and stressors contributing to negative outcomes. They are making a measurable difference in veterans' quality of life right here. The passion is real, the team is dedicated, and the impact is undeniable.

While my role gives me an insider's view, my recommendation comes from seeing the tangible results. For any veteran needing support, or anyone in our community looking to invest in an organization that is truly effective, compassionate, and vital for those who served, I wholeheartedly stand by Stay in the Fight. They are genuinely living up to their name and mission.

Sincerely,

Dr. Kyle Knapp

I cannot say enough great things about Stay in the Fight Veteran Foundation and their direct support of the Valor Program. This organization is truly making a difference in the lives of veterans, providing them with the resources, support, and community they need to succeed.

The dedication and passion of the team are evident in everything they do, from offering critical assistance to fostering a sense of camaraderie among those who have served. The Valor Program is a game-changer, giving veterans the tools to overcome challenges and build a brighter future.

As the spouse of a veteran and a family member to several others who have faced challenges after serving—whether due to injuries or the visible and invisible scars they carry—adjusting to civilian life has not been easy. Their mission resonates deeply with me, as it genuinely transforms lives for the better

If you’re looking for a foundation that genuinely cares and makes a tangible impact, Stay in the Fight is the one to support. I highly recommend getting involved, donating, or simply spreading the word about their incredible mission. Five stars all the way!

The transformations that happen because of the equine therapy that Stay In The Fight supports is unbelievable. I’ve witnessed, first hand, humanity being restored to many Veterans by just spending time, regulating their emotions and relaxing in the presence of horses. The skills they are learning, and teaching to fellow veterans, will transfer back over to civilian life and gives confidence in difficult situations and massive growth internally that is evident externally. I’m humbled to serve as president of this organization and beyond grateful to be able to give back to those that served our nation honorably.

A Life-Changing Program for Our Veterans

This foundation is incredibly close to my heart. The story behind Stay in the Fight is powerful and full of meaning, especially the redemption it offers to the veterans who need it most. It’s the first program I’ve seen truly meet veterans where they are, providing hope and healing in a way that’s long overdue.

As a nation, we’ve fallen short when it comes to preparing our veterans for life after service. Many return home without a clear understanding of what resources are available, how to access them, or how to navigate the shift from military structure to civilian life. They’ve been taught to tough it out, to not ask for help—but when they come home, they need to know that asking for help is not weakness; it’s strength.

Stay in the Fight is doing the heart work. It digs deep to address the pain, the trauma, and the emotional wounds so many carry. But it doesn’t stop there. This program equips veterans with tools, trades, and skills to live out a new mission—becoming the best version of themselves. It reminds them they are worth it. They are redeemed. They are worthy.

One of the most impactful parts of the program is the equine therapy. There’s something about working with horses—these strong, intuitive animals—that begins to break down the walls and barriers many veterans have built up. Horses don’t lie, and they meet people with a kind of honesty and presence that’s hard to find elsewhere. Being around “horse people” also matters. That culture of humility, hard work, and quiet strength creates a healing space where trust can begin to form again.

This isn’t just a program—it’s a lifeline. One that’s changing lives, restoring purpose, and speaking truth to those who have given so much

This charity that helps justice involved veterans in Collin County's VALOR program get back on track to re-enter civilian life is one that I couldn't wait to get involved with. The hook for me is that everyone on this board has a selfless attitude and a genuine belief that we should be doing more for those who have served our country. Two of the board members are veterans who served and in my line of work we would not be as successful as we are if not for the fine men and women of our armed forces who've worn our products proudly throughout their tenure. In addition, those who successfully commence from this equine therapy-based program have their records completely expunged. How awesome is that?! I don't know of any other program like this in the entire country and it uses zero tax dollars to bring resources such as various psychiatric therapies, transitional housing, new career resources and job placement to our Texas veteran community and beyond.
