Programs: Our organization offers resources to help individuals successfully reenter society with confidence. Our services include:
• Daily Living Activities: Where we are teaching our clients the skills to manage a home. Staff teach individuals about proper cooking etiquette, provide interactive cooking lessons, collaborative activities to maintain a clean and safe home, grocery shopping, proper hygiene, and more. The purpose of this is to prepare the clients to return to society and be able to maintain their home in a safe, clean, and appropriate manner.
• Reflection & Meditation: Meditation practice aids in the development of concentration and tranquility, allowing individuals to have a better knowledge of the nature of reality. Reflection practice allows individuals to get insight into their own thinking. It enables individuals to comprehend their own behavior and provides insight into their own strengths and weaknesses.
• Substance abuse classes: Teaching individuals about drug and alcohol abuse and how to avoid, stop, or get help for substance use disorders.
• Alternative classes (Topics include grief, social skills, forgiveness, culture connection and more): Help individuals to identify behaviors hindering them from adopting a new, healthy life, offering positive feedback for assistance during difficult moments, repairing damaged social skills to help build healthy relationships, providing a supportive environment to learn from peers and interact with those fighting similar life battles, providing a safe place to express your beliefs and opinions, decreasing feelings of alienation and loneliness by bringing together individuals sharing emotional and mental experiences, etc.
• Sober Entertainment & Extra curriculars: Learn how to have fun without drugs & alcohol
• Physical activity: To enhance individuals’ ability to think, concentrate and focus, enhance healthy growth and development, help prevent sleep deprivation, aid in relieving stress and anxiety, meeting physical health goals.
• AA/NA Meetings: To carry the message of recovery to the addict who still suffers from the disease of addiction.
• Peer Support: Individuals voluntarily gather to receive support and provide support by sharing knowledge, experiences, and coping strategies, and offering understanding, both individually and within groups.
• Life Coaching: We build self-belief when we make decisions, take successful actions, and recognize our full responsibility for both our successes and failures. Unlocking individuals’ potential. Our beliefs about the capability of others have a direct impact on their performance.
