Mission: Our mission as part of a catholic health care system is to further the healing ministry of jesus by continually improving the health and well-being of all people, especially the poor, in the communities we serve.
Programs: St. Vincent frankfort hospital (svfh) is a 25-bed, critical access hospital serving rural clinton and contiguous counties and providing services without regard to patient race, creed, national origin, economic status, or ability to pay. Svfh provides inpatient and outpatient health care services with a 24 hour emergency department that is staffed with an on-site physician. During fiscal year 2017, svfh treated 358 adults and children for a total of 1,213 patient days of service. The hospital also provided services for 27,114 outpatient visits, including 180 outpatient surgeries and 26,934 emergency room and minor care visits. St. Vincent frankfort hospital provides the following hospital services: diabetes care, emergency medicine, heart (cardiovascular), immediate care, laboratory, maternity (obstetrics), pastoral care, radiology, rehabilitation therapy, respiratory care, surgery, women's services. Some of these services operate at a loss in order to ensure that comprehensive services are available to the community. St. Vincent frankfort transferred net assets to indiana university health on 5/31/17 and is in the process of winding up its affairs.
