Hello all:
I would like to tell a story about vouchers that are given by St.Vincent De Paul workers to people in current need. The vouchers are a good support. But, when you go to the store (example - Redwood City ,CA SVDP store) you choose clothing that you need come to the register and exchange the voucher to the clothing of your choice. Everything looks and feels good. BUT SVDP Store workers at the register do not give any prove of purchase to the buyers-in the exchange of receipt. The next thing after leaving that store you feel you didn't get that clothing in the exchange of the Voucher ##...' in the amount of $$....... A good looking used clothing, but purchased without receipt given by the store workers. That is a very bad feeling. Because down on the line of regular day to day life someone will approach to you and say - "Did you still that cloth?" - No, I didn't I paid with voucher, but not store receipt was given to me as a proof of purchase!!!!" How to prove crowds and people who questions you? I would like to read a reply. Thanks in advance of hearing it.
