St. Mark UMC is a 103 year old church. The church committed to spreading the teachings of Jesus Christ. Due to the circumstances of the pandemic, the church holds online Zoom Sunday Service and Thursday night Bible Study. St. Mark has a big heart. The church gives to the community. It sponsors Thanksgiving Dinners and Christmas Baskets to families in need. It has a food pantry. The church host Easter Festivities for children and an annual Back-to-School Event. It also sponsors a Free Community Health Fair for the community. The church is a vibrant place to be. At the present time St. Mark is raising money to complete the parking lot of its new sanctuary on 7th Street and Polk. The church is in need of donations to help complete the parking lot.
