Mission: The trust was organized and operated to provide a self-insurance fund for the payment of professional liability losses and comprehensive general liability losses of st. Luke's episcopal hospital. During 2010, the remaining inactive trust fund assets were transferred to st. Luke's episcopal hospital. A formal mission statement was not adopted.
