I am ever grateful and will ensure that I keep recommending the best credit repair company (XAP CREDITSOLUTION) for helping me, and my family fix our credit score of470 to 805 within a period of 7days. We had the issues of not being able to rent an apartment or own a house; to obtain a loan to clear my son’s school fees wasn’t possible as a result of poor credit score. I had several late payments to the extent my car was almost retrieved hence I couldn’t meet up with the payment. XAP changed the narrative just after I contacted them. This company has proven beyond reasonable doubt that they are experts in credit repair. Therefore, I strongly recommend you Email: XAPCREDITSOLUTIONAT GMAIL DOT COM or Text +1 (801) 988 9890 to any person who may need the services of a legit hacker. They’re very swift. I can't say enough about Spotlight. Every show I have seen has been amazing. My daughter was just in her first show and now she definitely has the theater bug. The kids were all fantastic and it's truly an encouraging group.
Spotlight is an amazing place for families. The productions are award winning! If your child is a serious performer you want them to learn and grow here. Kenny Grossman is one the best Director’s in youth theatre. We love this place Kenny gives everyone a shot in the spotlight.
This place is more than just a youth theatre. They grow strong, caring, independent kids in addition to putting on a fantastic show with quality you’d expect to see in a professional theatre.
This is a wonderful place for children of all ages and abilities! The artistic staff are the most caring individuals and your children will come out of their experience with Spotlight Youth Theatre as better people.
Spotlight has been a home away from home, a place where my kids have made lifelong friends, gained confidence in themselves, discovered who they are, and learned some life lessons along the way. The adults that are involved here have all had a positive impact on my children and have always been nurturing and encouraging. They have been there for my child during some very dark and difficult times, helping him to maneuver around adolescence without major damage. I cant imagine where we would be without Spotlight.

I have two children that started at Spotlight through summer camp. They loved it so much they begged to join Confetti, one of Spotlight's three performance troupes and they have just finished their first show. I am beyond impressed with the quality of this theatre. The Artistic Director Kenny is amazing with the kids and has a true talent of helping them to become the best they can be. He values the well-being of the children over the show or the theatre. Spotlight puts on high quality productions on an often shoestring budget and the kids are always fantastic. My children have grown so much in confidence, communication skills, maturity, and poise, not to mention the acting, singing, and dancing skills they are learning. We all feel very blessed to have become a part of the Spotlight family and look forward to many more years there.
Our three girls has been with SYT for some time now, and it has been a wonderful experience. So much talent from this place. Kenny, Vicki and the theater crew are amazing with everyone. Mostly they are all about the kids. The Grossmans make sure they provide a safe environment for the kids, teach great work ethic, have fun and respect each other. They become a family here which is heart warming to see. We love Spotlight Youth Theatre!
Both of my sons have grown up in this theater—it is truly our second home! The training these young performers receive is top notch and the performances they put on are consistently amazing! Spotlight is a wonderful safe place for kids to explore the performing arts.
I love the sense of family and inclusion at this theatre. It’s a place where my daughter always feels welcome and has a sense of belonging. With every performance a new bond is created among the casts - all ages. The performances are always amazing and the direction is superb. Spotlight is our home.
My personal connection to Spotlight Youth Theatre, is as an audience member, as a director and as a stage mom. Our family has been attending shows at Spotlight since the early 2000s. I have seen hundreds of my theatre kids perform and grow under the tutelage of Kenny Grossman and the various talented Valley directors he has on board. Those same kids have gone on to college to pursue musical theatre degrees, and even on to NY to pursue careers in the industry.
In 2014 I was given the honor of becoming part of the Spotlight directing team. It was immediately apparent to me, that this was not only a performing arts organization, this was a family. Children's needs are put first in every way; from rehearsal times, to show selection, to break-a-leg gifts. That same year, my own children began doing shows at SYT. They were welcomed in with open arms by the community. They not only found their best friends, their talents were encouraged and they were given many individual moments to shine... one of the hallmarks of being in a Spotlight Youth Theatre production.
Since then, I'm proud to say that my husband has also joined the team as a music director, and that we both were also given the rare privilege of being adult guest actors on the Spotlight stage. I applaud Kenny Grossman for his repertoire choices, for making sure that there are opportunities for all ages and experience levels, for his original scripts, and most importantly, for his belief in young actors: that they are up to the challenge of presenting a range of material in a professional way. It truly is a joy to be a part of the Spotlight family.
Spotlight is a place the youth can call home. It is always open to kids and is a safe environment to express your true self! The productions cover a variety of topics and themes.
I've been truly lucky and blessed to have 3 of my 4 children participate in multiple productions at SYT. Kenny Grossman truly loves what he does at this family run theatre, and it shows. He does it all while providing an exciting, safe, fun, educational and rewarding experience for kids and parents alike. Children are a top priority at SYT, and it truly and quickly becomes a place kids want to be a part of. Kids and parents become part of an extended family at SYT that lasts for years to come. You and your children won't be disappointed in the experiences or productions that SYT produces. They have a variety of classes, shows, plays and musical groups to be a part of or attend. Their shows are top notch, and most if not all productions win multiple awards annually. Check them out. Whether you are just attending a show or have a child performing in a show at SYT, you won't be disappointed.
I will remember this day forever...my daughter at the age of six came home from school with a Spotlight Youth Theatre summer camp flyer of "High School Musical" merely seven years ago. This popular movie just came out and was the biggest production that everyone wanted to be part of at the time. We immediately signed her up and she fell in love with Spotlight. A new set of friends were formed and grow more with each production she is cast. Theatre is a place where kids can express themselves in all avenues of life. With each production, her confidence has grown and she enjoys giving back by participating in set building, painting, and fundraising. Many directors have played an important part of my daughter's life, and we thank each one of you who have given guidance and direction to help her grow as an actor. She lives and breathes theater and is quite bored when not in a show. Theatre is not inexpensive activity as one might think. Lots of training and lessons in acting, vocal and dance go along with attending summer and broadway camps to enhance our child's learning. Spotlight is our home away from home and we feel blessed to be part of this family!
Spotlight Youth Theatre is a very special and magical place. Three years ago I enrolled my 7 year old in Summer Camp because she was extremely shy and suffering from severe social anxiety. I was really worried about my daughter and ready to send her to a professional therapist for help. A former student of mine suggested Spotlight. The first day of camp was tear filled as we dropped her off and I was worried about my decision to send her to camp. When we picked her up she was happy and had made friends and had fun. One session turned into two sessions that summer. Later that year she auditioned for her first play and performed in it. Since then she has attended 4 more sessions of camp, been in 6 more shows, is part of the performance group, and attended many workshops. She has come out of her shell and calls Spotlight her home. It is her happy place. She is a different child than the one I dropped off that summer. The Artistic Director of this theatre has a gift for bringing out the special unique talent in each child and creating a loving and supportive environment. Since then my entire family has become a part of the Spotlight Family. My older daughter is involved in their performance group Pitches and Tones and has participated in plays and musicals. My husband and myself have spent time working on sets. It is a welcoming and supportive family. The productions are first rate and the theatre is not afraid to deal with controversial material that has social impact like last year's production of The Laramie Project. I love this magical place as much as my daughters love it.
“ The fear of public speaking ranks as the number one fear and greatest impediment to achieving one’s full potential. To be comfortable speaking in public and taking every opportunity presented, imagine life’s possibilities.” ---Forbes
That my 12 year-old is fearless, bold and confident before groups of people has me excited for her prospects in life.
That she is those things I attribute to her Spotlight experience.
Where productions serve the children, not the other way around.
Where every performer gets “star treatment.”
Where drama is limited to the stage.
Where social issues get introduced.
Community service reinforced.
Where joyful noise and spirits fill the building.
At 9 pm. On a Tuesday. After 4 hours of rehearsal.
Where being the most awarded performance theater of any kind in the state of Arizona speaks to how safe, inspired, fully self-expressed and nurtured these kids truly are.
Simply put, it is one of the best, most rewarding parental decisions I have ever made to entrust my child’s growth & development to Spotlight’s guidance and care.
My daughter and our family have been involved with Spotlight Youth Theater for 3 years!! The theater is run by a very professional staff and they produce some of the best Youth Theater Shows in the valley!! The families that are part of Spotlight are amazing and my daughter has learned so much and truly loves being part of Spotlight!!
My children grew up at this theater. The Director is top notch artistically, and also creates a family centered, learning environment for the kids. My children grew tremendously as a result of what they learned while performing at this award winning theater. It was their home away from home and they have developed lasting friendships and important life skills. While it is a youth theater, the shows are of a professional level. Everyone that experiences a show at Spotlight is always blown away.

My children grew up in this theater and it changed all of our lives. It has been a blessing to be part of this family environment, with award winning directors that teach them the skills to succeed in musical theater and at the same time, teach them teamwork, dedication and hard work. The Artistic Director treats the kids like his own, giving them a home away from home, a safe place to go to. Anyone who sees a show here comes out amazed, they can't believe the talent and always come back for more.
My daughter started with Spotlight about 4 years ago through attending a summer camp. She was hooked from then on! She has grown by leaps and bounds in terms of confidence, leadership, teamwork, knowledge of theatre and so much more. Kenny is amazing with kids of all ages. I would not trade the last 4 years for anything. And I'm glad she has many more to participate at Spotlight.
Spotlight Youth Theatre ignited my love for the arts when I was 13 years old. They provided me with a whole new home and family where I could be myself. I can't thank Spotlight enough for kick starting my life, and helping me find who I am. I love this place with all my heart.
I have had the pleasure to volunteer at this venue and I love the way they treat the kids with respect and patience! Class Act Theatre who put on professional shows.
Families come together at Spotlight to learn all aspects of the performing arts. From auditions to productions to set building to tech work to box office...kids get to do it all! Through these opportunities, children grow and learn and gain valuable skill sets. I've watched my children become amazing performers but MORE IMPORTANTLY they gained a work ethic, dedication to a craft, and an expansion of knowledge about themselves as performers and individuals. The top notch, award winning productions also add value to our community; the arts are alive and well in this environment, doesn't cost an arm and a leg to see amazing quality. Often people walk out of the theatre saying they haven't seen better performances from professional performers! I can't say enough about the amazing staff and volunteers of this organization. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My association with Spotlight Youth Theatre started six years ago when my children auditioned for a performance troupe. Now, some 20 shows, numerous camp events, Disneyland performances and other events I can say that when my children look back on their childhood, Spotlight Youth Theatre will be a key part of their memories. The skills they have learned include confidence, teamwork and dedication. They have grown into mature, responsible kids who want to give back to their community and to embody excellence through the performing arts. Spotlight has given them a safe, secure place to grow and learn, to explore who they are as people and as artists. As a parent, I can think of no higher praise than this is where I want my kids to be. In the Spotlight. As a lover of theater, I can honestly say the productions at Spotlight are top notch. The talent of the kids, the dedication of the volunteers, all roll into one magnificent ball of theatrical glory. I don't hesitate in recommending Spotlight as a great place to spend an evening.
Spotlight Youth Theater is a family-oriented organization where the kids and parents are involved in all aspects of the theater experience, from selling the raffle tickets to building the sets. The kids put their hearts and souls into their performances and the quality of the shows reflect it. Every year, new talent arrives at Spotlight, wanting to join the ranks of this wonderful theater. The kids have developed close friendships, self-confidence and their talents in a great environment.
Spotlight Youth Theater has been a wonderful part of our life for years and we've watched the kids grow up and excel in talent through those years. We are constantly amazed at the talent and the consistently good quality of the productions. We'll be there for years to come I'm sure and will watch a whole new generation of kids find the confidence and talent inside themselves.
I love the way Spotlight Youth Theatre unites kids, teens and parents who all work together to produce shows for the local community. There aren't many places where parents and their kids can join together to make something beautiful, but at Spotlight they volunteer their time to build sets, make costumes, run the box office and teach the kids how to be in the spotlight. I've seen how the kids blossom and gain confidence from their experiences, and how they bond together with their fellow cast members and the parent volunteers through the process. I've been watching youth theater in the Phoenix West Valley for 5 years, and Spotlight keeps bringing me back, not just for the great shows, but for the spirit that infuses them.
I have been to many Spotlight Youth Theater shows and I am always amazed at how much is presented in their shows, youth talent learning their skills, volunteers designing and painting sets, everyone pushing themselves and their abilities to put on very smart and complex shows.
The awards they have won reflect the success they achieve giving youth a venue to learn and grow, as actors and as individuals.
My family has been involved with Spotlight Youth Theatre for the past three years. Our daughter began at the summer camps Spotlight hosts and went on to be in numerous productions. She has become more confident and self-assured due to her experience at Spotlight. She has developed many new friendships and a love of the theatre. Without the support of the Spotlight family this would not have happened.
Spotlight Youth Theatre produces amazing shows! I have attended shows with my family and we have enjoyed every one of them. The casts of each show have always been very talented and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. It is apparent that Spotlight Youth Theatre is very dedicated to developing the talents of the children and young adults which is reflected in their productions. I would highly recommend to everyone to come see a show here. You won't be disappointed.
Spotlight is THE premier place in Arizona for kids to learn about all aspects of theatre in a family oriented atmosphere. I love that kids learn from the ground up - from set building, to set painting, costumes, hair, makeup as well as dancing, singing and acting. My daughter has found her second family. I feel blessed to have found such a wonderful group of people to be associated with. The shows are top notch - the talent that lies within the walls of Spotlight is AMAZING! Every show is outstanding!
Spotlight Youth Theatre is an amazing place that allows and teaches children all aspects of theatre. Children are involved in each stage of the process of all productions. As a teacher, I am all about the kids! If it isn’t about the kids, but about the grown ups...then I am not staying! My educational background and experience with children allow me to see right away whether someplace is really about the kids! Spotlight is truly that place! It isn’t some fancy place, with fancy contributors...but it is fancy in all the right ways. One can see it immediately when Kenny, the artistic director is working with the children. He talks with children, laughs with children, sits on the floor with children and truly empowers them to be better human beings. He is a true believer in the process, which then allows a great product to follow. Kenny and the amazing staff at Spotlight allow this to happen on a daily basis. Kenny and others involved are creative, vibrant and most importantly they love and respect all children. They understand them, they allow them to be kids, they instill discipline and hardwork...and they do it all with a comfort that makes every child feel important. This isn’t easy to do and yet they do it with only minimal private donations and ticket sales. They work hard for the kids and it shows in their amazing productions. The most important thing I see as an educator and as a parent, is that, Spotlight Youth Theatre has JOY! They love what they are doing and they pass it on to all who walk through their doors. Their joy is greater than their pocketbooks which in my eyes means success. Every time I have donated to Spotlight, I see real gratitude and thanks. Every penny is deeply appreciated and put immediately towards the children, which I find extremely important when making donations to non profits.
As a family, with 3 children involved in theatre, we have been involved in over 48 productions throughout the valley at various theatres...and I have to say Spotlight is truly about the kids. When we are involved in their productions, we drive 45 minutes to an hour to get there because the magic that happens there is more than just the amazing productions...it is about the other life skills that will make my children and others successful adults. The benefits of theatre to society are numerous. As children feel confident, they become leaders in their community. Leaders serve the greater community in various ways and Spotlight Youth Theatre is a great springboard. As children develop a deeper understanding of personal issues and a broader worldview through theatre, they will become the empathetic grown ups of tomorrow. Their chance to lead, develop, and create, will follow them well into adulthood and the workplace for years to come. It is truly an amazing place
My family found Spotlight Youth Theatre about 1 year ago and it has changed our lives. We have found a theatre that cares for the kids and wants to put on a spectacular show every time. We have found a home and a place that we can invest our time and energy in because they give it back to the kids 10fold. I have not seen a group of people more dedicated to a cause than this. I can say that my family is proud to be connected to Spotlight Youth Theatre.
I can not say enough about the wonderful things that are happening at this Theater. Spotlight Youth Theater really lives up to its mission of educating and empowering youth through the performing arts. I have witness the growth of this theater into a place that families call home.
Spotlight Youth Theatre is a wonderful place for youth to participate in live theater. The directors and various people involved foster an environment that is both challenging and inclusive. My child has thrived here and considers it her second home. It is run by dedicated and enthusiastic volunteers. Spotlight is always pushing the envelope to meet the needs of the youth in the valley with shows, camps and workshops that help theater kids reach their dreams.
Spotlight Youth Theatre is my children's second home! My children have learned team building skills, built self esteem, acting skills, dance skills, voice/musical skills, and the list is endless... The team at Spotlight is very professional and they genuinely care about each and every child there. My kids cannot wait to audition for the next play there, and I always have to drag them away from Spotlight. As a parent, I am very appreciative of their dedication to all their Spotlight kids!
Spotlight Youth Theatre is the premier youth theater in the West Valley. But the numerous awards hanging on the wall are only the beginning. The magic of SYT comes from its heart, and that's something you have to experience for yourself. This is a truly special place, and we invite you to come and join us on our next adventure!
Spotlight Youth Theatre promotes a fun and loving environment for children who are interested in performing in Theatre. Spotlight is a family run theater and at the same time encourages a family atmosphere. The children are inspired by the artistic director Kenny Grossman to reach higher and dream bigger! The families and children who are involved at Spotlight truly embrace the family atmosphere and love to help the theater and each other whenever possible. And not only is Spotlight a wonderful place to be, but they produce multiple award winning productions every single year. You won't regret stepping foot through their doors...it's truly a magical place to be!
