Programs: Seo is the nation's premier summer intership and training program targeting talented black, hispanic and natve american college students. Each year seo career recruits, interviews, selects and trains several hundred interns and fellows for partners in banking, law, alternative investments, and corporate leadership. In 2016 and 2017 over 750 seo interns and fellows were recruited for 100+ partners nationwide and 80% of the eligible interns received full time job offers. To date seo has recruited over 7000 interns for its us partners.

seo scholars is an eight year program that helps low-income public high school students to and through college with an over 90% college graduation rate. In high school scholars receive 720+ hours of rigorous instruction in english and math on saturday in the summer and after school. In college, scholars receive ongoing one on one academc, personal, and career support. Seo scholars exceed or match the sat scores of all college bound seniors nationally, eliminating the achievement gapand 100% are accepted to four year colleges.

seo alternative investments provides education, exposure, training and mentoring opportunies to talented professional historically underrepresented in the alternative investments sector. The initiative includes: the seo alternative investments fellowship program (aifp); internships with alternative investments firms; and the seo alternative investments conference. More than 600 individuals attended seo's 2018 alternative investments conference. Since inception 90% of eligible fellows have received full time job offers in the alternative investments sector.
