Mission: Spiritrust lutheran home care & hospice provides home health, home health telemonitoring, hospice, and in-home support services to those individuals who are striving to achieve their highest possible quality of life, health, and comfort.
Programs: Spiritrust lutheran home care & hospice provides for those individuals who need medical care at home. In 2017, there were 7,549 unduplicated clients served in 13 counties in south central through northeastern pennsylvania and 3 counties in northern maryland. Unreimbursed care totaled $3,880,101 during the year. Spiritrust lutheran home care & hospice also provides hospice care for those individuals living with a terminal illness. Bereavement services were provided to their families. In 2017, there were 989 unduplicated hospice clients and 2,463 unduplicated bereavement clients served in 14 south central through northeastern pennsylvania counties. Unreimbursed care totaled $138,743 during the year. In-home support provided by spiritrust lutheran home care & hospice is provided for those individuals who need non-medical help to remain independent at home. In 2017, there were 268 unduplicated clients served in 6 south central through northeastern pennsylvania counties. Unreimbursed care totaled $2,764 during the year.
