Ended up needing to take our kitty here because of an emergency suspected Pyometra. Thankfully it ended up not being what we (and another vet) thought it may be, and was determined that her somewhat distended abdomen was because of very full bladder, probably because of a UTI or Bladder Infection. The low-cost option is an absolute (literally) life saver for folks who genuinely love their pets and desperately want to take care of them, but may have fallen on hard times and cannot afford what For-Profit clinics and veterinary hospitals need to charge to remain in business. I've had pets most of my life and have ended up visiting quite a few vet offices with sick fur-babies. The folks at Spay Neuter Save Network are head and shoulders above the folks of any other clinic I can remember as far as empathy, compassion, and mirroring the client's sense of urgency in a potentially dangerous medical emergency. The staff all seem kind and helpful while also taking the time to explain carefully anything that the client may need clarified and they respect that the owner might actually have a brain inside their skull and treat them with respect, even if they need to explain why the owner might be wrong about something without the conversation taking a potentially accusatory tone, especially when it might be tempting to ask things like "Well, why didn't you just get them fixed in the first place?!" Far too many for-profit vet visits take on a patronizing regarding the issue of fleas in particular, and it seems like SNSN understands that sometimes, treatment that should work just doesn't do so well, and it's not for a lack of trying on the client's part. Recommendations for a better treatment were made and we'll definitely be following up on it.Dr. Bryan Langlois is an absolute marvel, and one gets the impression that he never sits still because he's just too darn busy saving the world. His passion for the care of animals is infectious (please forgive the medical pun) and he went out of his way to not only look for the true cause of our kitty's abdominal distension, but to ensure that the issue he found got resolved, AND to have a meaningful 2-way discussion about our kitty's overall health, which in my experience is quite atypical, and I've often found myself getting lectured at rather than feeling like my concerns were considered at all with other veterinarians. He also takes the time to PERSONALLY write the discharge notes along with personalized information and detailed instructions that include explanations of why something needs to be done a certain way. As someone who has worked alongside veterinarians when I worked at an animal shelter, and volunteered at others, there desperately needs to be more folks like Dr. Langlois in the Animal Health Profession, and it's easy to see why he is so highly regarded among his other clients and staff. As soon as I have the funds and the time, I am DEFINITELY going to schedule my other 3 kitties to get spayed and vaccinated. And lastly: Even though her condition didn't turn out to be nearly as severe as we all thought it was, SNSN gave us our Aleera back, and helped resolve her discomfort, prevented her from ever even having the chance to develop Pyometra, and extinguished all the anxiety I had stored up for an entire week of not being able to eat or sleep properly as I was struggling to find the money and transportation, and right veterinary office to get her taken care of. I cannot thank them enough. Not only for what they've done for me, but also for all the wonderful work they do outside my purview as well. I am convinced you will not find a better group of people in all the world.
We were really nervous about getting my daughter's GSD spayed. My daughter had anxiety about leaving her girl, they understood and even invited us to stay as long as we needed for my daughter to be comfortable. Even Ms. Juno was comfortable enough to not need her muzzle. They handled her great answered any questions we had(even not related to Juno) even trimmed her nails. I'll gladly go back to see them again.
My poor baby had stillborn kittens and her breast set up an awful infection. My husband and I ran all over asking an begging for help until we discovered Dr Brian and Margaret and Anna and Amy. They saved my mischief s life. but sadly after about a month with the clinic mischiefs blood work came back that her kidneys were failing. My poor girl wasn't even a year old. And sadly two weeks later she lost her battle. I want to give so much thanks to Dr Brian an Margaret and Amy and Anna for giving everything that they possible could to our mischief. This place is so awesome. On top of that I have 29 other kitties that I'm caring for and they have helped us so much word cannot begin to describe the gratitude I have for this organization.
I’ve brought a total of 4 cats to get altered here and the experience was quick & painless for everyone.
Communication was clear and upfront, my animals seemed to feel safe and secure from the time they arrived until they successfully recovered at home.
There were no complications! 10/10 recommend… the work they do is responsible for so much good in our local animal community ♥️
They saw my senior big boy Sam last minute as a walk in before closing, as he could not walk when he got up. He cried badly and they saw him and helped him. They also followed up with him and he is doing so much better now.
We took our female Chihuahua, Little Miss to SNSN to be spayed and have a mass removed from her stomach. She also ended up needed some teeth removed ehile she was under. They were very kind and addressed our concerns and made sure she was in good shape before we took her home. She recovered well and now just needs to lose some weight!
They made getting my cat neutered so easy! It was quick to get in, everyone was super helpful and friendly and the service was awesome! Definitely will be coming back in the future.
Words cannot express how much I love these people. I came to them asking for help with a stray cat in bad shape. They took him in that day for surgery. Removed all of his teeth, fixed him, tested him for lime, cut his nails and gave him a bath. Not only did they help me that very day but they all were so extremely nice and helpful. All of that was around 200.00 This Something that would have cost way more at a corporate vet. Every single time I've needed help with any of my 5 cats they have been there and ready to help with appointments that same day. Not just to be spayed or neutered, they have helped me with sick kittens and everything in between. Never have been annoyed with my many stupid questions. The people who work there are all absolutely amazing caring human beings who you know truly love animals. I will continue to support them and tell everyone who will listen. Thank you again, me and the 5 babies wouldn't know what to do without you.
We adopted 4 puppies and needed to get them spayed and neutered. Spay Neuter Save was amazing and got all 4 in, in no time! The staff was absolutely wonderful and they did such a great job! I recommend them to anyone who needs it. Here’s a picture of one of the puppies, Jelly Bean.
I took my two small dogs in to get spayed and while there the vet foind out that my Boston Terrier Lola had a bilateral herniam. Dr. Ryan fixed it for her while she was getting her spay done. I had questions a few days later and they allowed me to bring her in for a follow up free of charge. I highly recommend taking your animal there!
Spray Neuture Save Network neutered my big boy, Larry. They are very kind and professional. Larry got in the same week I made the appointment, so there was no waiting and worrying myself out of getting it done. SNSN charged me roughly 400 USD less than my vet quoted me. (Which I could not afford) Larry also got his nails trimmed for tree.
Scheduling was fast and easy. They got back to me right away, even on a weekend and had openings that same week. Very smooth process, reasonable price, and they gave excellent care to the cats.
I have many strays in my area & was finding it difficult to quickly get in with our local group. I’ve brought 3 cats so far to be spayed/neutered & we’ve been so happy with the experience. Everyone was so kind, helpful. I highly recommend using Spay Neuter and Save network, you can have confidence that your pet will have the best care & the staff will be there to answer any questions/concerns before, during and after the procedure.
Spay Neuter Save Network stands out not only for their professionalism and affordability but also for their passion and extensive knowledge in TNR practices. Their commitment to the cause has greatly enhanced the effectiveness of our efforts, making them an indispensable partner in our shared mission.
I brought two kittens to them that I rescued and it was a GREAT experience! I dropped them off in the morning and picked them up in the early evening. Their staff was very attentive and answered all my questions. You can tell they are VERY caring about what they do and love on all the animals that come in. Will bring any future fur babies I need help with to them!
