Space Generation Advisory Council

Programs: Space generation congress(sgc): this is sgac's annual conference which brings together young professionals and university students from around the world to discuss the top space policy topics. In addition to supporting the intellectual development of the attendees themselves, the attendees will make plans that lead to space science outreach during the rest of the following year. The 15th annual sgc 2017 was held at the university of adelaide(adelaide australia). The sgc 2017 was a three day event held in conjunction with the 68th international astronautical congress(iac).

space generation fusion forum(sgff):the second main event is sgac's new us based space conference highlighting international thinking geared towards university students and young professionals. It is held in conjunction with the national space symposium and aims to gather a selected group of up to 80 top young adults from various areas of space-government, industry, and academia. The outputs of the interactive panel discussions, moderated by today's international space sector leaders, are reported at various aiaa events and at the space symposium.

the european space generation workshop: the e-sgw is a two-day regional workshop for students and young professionals in the european region, held in 2017 at european space agency headquarters in paris, france. It was held in conjunction with the international astronautical federation (iaf) spring meetings. The e-sgw is a regional workshop with the primary aim of discussing regional space initiatives and activities.

sgac held the 2017 sgx in washington dc. Sgac was also involved in regional workshops focusing on space issues that are of interest to the region. Sgac continued with small projects related to exempt purpose.
