Mission: The mission of care compass network is to improve the health and life of medicaid beneficiaries who engage in coordinated, culturally sensitive services that utilize the most appropriate, effective setting given medical, behavioral, social, and health literacy needs.
Programs: Care compass network spent the bulk of 2016 in developing partner relationships and implementing its 11 delivery system reform incentive payment (dsrip) projects in its effort to create an integrated delivery system in the nine county region covered by the performing provider system (pps). Infrastructure build was continued at a reduced rate from 2015 as was necessary to prepare for the integrated delivery system, although an additional 6 staff (24 in total), expanded office space, and other items were acquired.
