Mission: The southern nevada center for independent living (sncil) is a non-profit corporation created in september 1995 to provide support services for individuals in southern nevada with severe disabilities whose disability is creating a barrier in living independently in the family, community or in employment. Sncil provides services including information and referral services, advocacy services, independent living skills training, and peer counseling. Other services provided, based on need, include benefits counseling, adaptive equipment, housing, transportation, information and technical assistance with the americans with disabilities act.
