Mission: The mission of the Southern California Youth Rugby Association, Inc. (SCYRA, Inc.) (1)foster regional and local sports competitions and promote the principles of sportsmanship, fellowship, hospitality and a high standard of athletic participation in rugby football within the Southern California, Southern Nevada and Arizona area; 2)promote, extend, and encourage the sport of rugby football in the youth within the Southern California, Southern Nevada, and Arizona region; (3) assist youth of both genders, all races, all creeds and of all religions to learn and play rugby football together; (4) to improve the quality of life in the the community through the sport of rugby football.
