Mission: To join together fire-fighting, rescue, hazardous material manpower, resources and facilities among southern california private industries and governmental response organizations for mutual assistance in case of emergency situations, either natural or man-made, including but not limited to acts of war or terrorism.
Programs: Refinery and facilities overview member education and training meetings with local fire departments, government agencies and member agencies.
