Mission: This corporation is organized exclusively to create job-training programs for disabled individuals in southeastern arizona, and to create, administer training, place, and otherwise assist disabled individuals in southeastern arizona in qualifying for, finding, and maintaining employment. As of february 2013 seaworc began to offer work training opportunities in globe. Seabhs purchased a red wing dealership, where seaworc employees are able to gain experience in retail sales of shoes and apparel. Our globe location also offers seaworc opportunities in janitorial service and clerical front office.

Programs: Wages are paid to individuals who are title 19 or seriously mentally ill for job training in the areas of landscaping, janitorial services, clerical/front office, and retail. This program is designed to reintroduce or introduce for the first time these clients into the workforce by providing real life on the job training and experience, also this corporation are dedicated to managing and maximizing available resources to provide the highest quality services in the most cost effective maner while maintaining the economic well being of the organziation.
