tanf/home visitaion program: southeast children;s fund's home visiting program provided services to 600 customer in 2016 and worked to discover the reason why individual receiving (tanf) temporary assistance to needy families become noncompliant, help address barriers, and reconnetc the individual to dhs/esa's
