This involves providing us with periodic updates so that we are promptly aware of any new requirements impacting the operations of our business. Any actual lobbying expenses are identified internally as incurred; any related notices to members are communicated in writing for purposes of no deductibility of dues in accordance with irs code section 6033(e).
