Mission: The REALTORS Association of South Central Wisconsin Housing Foundation is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to increasing affordable housing in South Central Wisconsin, is an equal opportunity and fair housing organization. The Foundation makes available to qualified applicants a low interest, short-term loan to be used for down payment and/or closing costs associated with the purchase of a home. Generally, the Foundation's participation will not exceed 7 percent of the purchase price. The Foundation was established in 1989 and is largely funded through voluntary contributions and special fundraising projects.
