Mission: South Central Bloodhound Club (SCBC) was founded in 1996. The club was organized with a primary goal of providing a system for rescuing, adopting or re-homing bloodhounds within a seven state area: Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. The SCBC sponsors show events and other activities to help raise funds for rescue, to educate others about this marvelous breed and encourage conscientious pet ownership.
